This client purchased the home from his father, who was no longer coming to visit Florida and golf. After purchasing, he decided that he wanted the house to be where his older sons could live. We were asked to transform this house from the very traditional home that it was under the Father's ownership to something the sons would enjoy. Upon speaking with the sons, we got an idea for the color and style they were looking for and began to transform the home into something they could call their own.
